Créée en 2002, Flying Penguins est une association loi 1901 qui a pour but la mise en place, la production et la diffusion de spectacles vivants, en faveur du développement professionnel d’artistes créateurs, et l’ouverture d’espaces de rencontres, sous quelques formes que ce soit.
Depuis 2002, Ninon Valder est artiste associée de Flying Penguins.
Le siège social est fixé au 40 grande rue 51260 Bethon depuis novembre 2016.
Elle détient les deux licences d’entrepreneur du spectacle :
Licence N°3 : 006510 – 2 : 006509.
Les projets de Flying Penguins ont reçu le soutien de : LEADER – projet Européen, la DRAC Grand-Est, la Région Grand-Est, le département de la Marne, le village de Bethon, la SPEDIDAM, le CNM, le Gueulard +, Bords 2 Scènes, ainsi que différents mécènes privés.
